ShelteR Investment Management’s board has over 60 years combined experience in the financial markets.

Reynald Jacobs

Deputy CEO of the Securex Group since 2015.

Significant experience in Finance as Reynald set-up the Investment Department of Securex, previously included in the Financial Department. Reynald started his career in Controlling, first at Olivetti and then at Securex before becoming Chief Financial Officer at Securex in 2002. In 2006, he became General Manager of the Corporate Services (180 headcount) and Member of the Executive Committee of Securex. In 2010, he added to his responsabilities the management of the Insurance Companies. Reynald is also Director in a Private Equity fund.

Alain Braive

Investment Director of the Securex Group since 2010.

Significant experience in Asset Management as Alain has built more than 15 years experience in managing assets for insurance companies and is also very experienced in the management of SICAVs, having created the in-house SICAV of Securex in 2009.  He started his career at BNP Paribas as a financial adviser before joining Securex in 1997. He is a board member of both ShelteR Investment Management and the SICAV ShelteR Invest.

Benedict Peeters

CEO and co-founder of Rego Partners.

Significant experience in the Financial sector, including bulge bracket firms: KBC, Deutsche Bank (where he was founder and chairman of the board of the X-Markets Fund platform), Morgan Stanley and Fortis Investments. He is board member of both of the management company ShelteR Investment Management and the SICAV ShelteR Invest.

Serge Wibaut 

Significant experience in the financial sector as Serge is sitting on the board of several financial institutions in Belgium and abroad as an independent director. In his early career he was a financial advisor to the Minister of Finance – Philippe Maystadt. In 2000, he joined AXA Belgium as CIO, becoming CEO of AXA Bank a few years later. He also acts as a regular expert for the International Monetary Fund. Serge joined Reacfin in 2009 as an expert for finance and investment.

Jean-François Hannosset

Significant experience in the financial and insurance sector as Jean-Francois acquired a profound knowledge and excellent skills in ALM and Asset Management as head of research and insurance at Bank Degroof. He then became Head of the ALM Department at Fortis. Jean-François was a Managing Partner at Reacfin, where he provided advice and guides projects for major international financial institutions. He is also a qualified actuary of the IA|BE, and president of the Institute of Actuaries in Belgium.

Holger Heene

Head of Sales

Significant experience in the financial sector. He started his career in 2003 at Van Lanschot Private Bankers. After 7 years, in 2010, he became a team member of Puilaetco Dewaay Private Bankers where he perfected his experience in Private Banking, Sales and the development of front markets on a tactical and strategical level.

Ludovic Dellal

Middle & Back Office Manager

Ludovic started his career as financial external auditor. He was in charge of controlling the accounts and financial information of Luxembourg customers. Afterwards, he joined the pricing team of the Japanese bank Nomura where he was responsible for the financial securities’ prices analysis.
